She leans against the wall and listens well,
Hearing his voice from the other side,
And wonders, could it possibly tell
That he is real, despite the years divide.
Who are you? whispers from her parted lips,
As if answers would find her in her sleep,
For when she wakes, his face will not eclipse,
But wait for truths down in her heart so deep.
Heartaches grow strong, the wall grows higher,
And questions still remain yet unfulfilled.
The more she asks, the more she tires
Of cruel dreams that Fate to her has willed.
In sleep she finds that she will have no peace
Until she breaks the wall, and mytsries cease.
